We build every fence using durable, high-quality materials to ensure long-lasting performance and protection. Our framework is constructed with ground contact pressure-treated lumber, including 2×4 rails, 4×4 line posts, 2×6 rot boards, and 4×6 gate posts. Each post is securely set with 60lb of concrete for maximum stability.
For the finishing touch, we offer either Western Red Cedar pickets or pressure-treated Pine pickets, fastened with hot dip galvanized nails—3′ screw shank framing nails and 1-7/8″ ring shank picket nails—to withstand the elements and provide superior strength.
Precision Installation, Lasting Performance
We install our line posts evenly to create a clean and uniform look along every fence line. Each section of fence is built with three rails, spaced evenly and cut precisely to fit between the posts. For added strength and longevity, we position the rails vertically instead of horizontally, preventing sagging as the fence ages. A beveled rot board is also installed at the bottom to help divert water away from the pickets, protecting the wood from moisture damage.
When replacing old fences, we handle disposal responsibly by taking all removed materials to the county landfill, ensuring proper and environmentally safe cleanup.
